EXCHANGE POLICY
At Meem Seen, we value our customers and take pride in ensuring their satisfaction with every purchase. To make your shopping experience seamless, we offer a clear and customer-focused exchange policy. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before initiating an exchange.
1. Exchange Eligibility

Timeframe:
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery. -
Condition:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and unstitched, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact. -
Proof of Purchase:
A valid receipt or online order confirmation is required for all exchange requests. -
Exchange Reasons:
Exchanges are accepted for size, defect, or incorrect article issues only. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
2. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, customers can visit our store or contact our customer service team through email or phone.

Our team will guide you through the process and assist in arranging courier pickup if applicable.

Courier charges for exchanges will be waived in cases where the exchange is requested due to a valid reason (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Once the request is verified, the exchange process may take 7–10 working days to complete.
3. Pricing Adjustments

If the replacement product is of a lower value, the price difference will be issued as a Meem Seen voucher, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

If the replacement item is of a higher value, customers will be required to pay the difference at the time of exchange.

Vouchers may be used for future purchases at any Meem Seen store or online.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances:

Products without a valid proof of purchase.

Items that have been used, washed, stitched, or altered after purchase.

Articles purchased on sale, discount, or marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Exchangeable” at the time of purchase.
Note: For sale orders, exchanges will only be entertained for valid reasons (such as a defect or incorrect delivery). Processing time may also be longer than usual.
5. Additional Guidelines

Exchanges are applicable for equal or higher-value products only.

Meem Seen reserves the right to decline an exchange if the returned product does not meet the above eligibility requirements.
